New homes are accompanied by builders landscapes that sometimes may not be the look you want.  This client wanted a low maintenance landscape with rock filler so we came up with a new design.  We removed the live oak that was planted close to the house and replaced with a beautiful foxtail palm. We added a robellini palm on the other side of driveway and metal edging around the garden beds.  In the middle section we used a podocarpus backdrop, agaves and foxtail ferns. We included some African iris and blue daze to give some color and filled with brown rover rock. The client may now enjoy a lower maintenance landscape and not have to worry about invasive roots.
